By means of this writ petition, petitioner has sought the following reliefs:- (a) To Issue, Writ, Order or direction in the nature of mandamus to direction to Respondent No. 7 to open the closed Common Pathway in compliance with the order dated 19.06.2025 passed by the Assistant Collector First Class/Sub- Divisional Magistrate, Jaspur, District Udham Singh Nagar. (b)To issue a writ, order, or direction in the nature of mandamus, directing Respondent No.7 to decide the petitioner's representation dated 21.06.2015 (Annexure No.6 to this writ petition) within a stipulated time frame. 4. According to the petitioner, he filed a partition suit, in which, as many as four orders were passed by Assistant Collector, First Class, Jaspur, Udham Singh Nagar, however, the SHO concerned is not taking care to comply with those orders. 5. Having regard to the facts of the case, writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to approach the SHO concerned. If petitioner makes application to the SHO concerned, he shall look into the matter and take necessary steps, as per law.
