Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue has placed on record a copy of the written instructions received from the 4th respondent-Tahsildar dated 06.01.2025, stating that there are no proposals to allot the subject land for issuance of house site pattas in respect of the subject land. 5. The written instructions of the respondent No.4 dated 06.01.2025 are placed on record. 6. With the above observation, the writ petition is disposed of and no further orders are required to be passed. 7. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
