Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the State-respondents. 2. Present writ petition has been filed seeking following reliefs:- "(i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the respondent authorities not to interfere in peaceful cultivatory possession of the petitioner over the land of Gata No. 177-Gha measuring area 1 bigha and 17 biswa (1-17-0) and Gata No. 134-Ka measuring area 3 bigha and 3 biswa (3-3-0) situate in village Sherua, Tappa Chaurasi, Pergana Kantit, Tehsil Marihan, District Mirzapur. (ii) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the respondent no. 2-District Magistrate/Collector, Mirzapur to decide the representation of the petitioner dated 17.02.2025, which is pending since February, 2025." 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that at this stage he does not want to press the prayer no. 1, but respondent no. 2 may be directed to decide the representation of the petitioner dated 17.02.2025 at the earliest in a time bound manner, which is not objected by learned Standing Counsel for the State-respondents. 4. Accordingly, writ petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent no. 2-District Magistrate/Collector, Mirzapur, to decide the representation of the petitioner dated 17.02.2025 within a period of four weeks from the date of production of certified copy of this order before him. 5.
