(Oral) This is a petition filed under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS), for issuance of directions to respondents No. 2 and 3 to further investigate into FIR No. 0030 dated 01.03.2023 under Sections 279, 337, 338, 427 IPC registered at Police Station City Nawanshahr, District Shaheed Bhagat Singh Nagar, Punjab as per the direction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Shaheed Bhagat Singh Nagar vide its order dated 12-06-2024 (Annexure P-4). Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he will be satisfied in case a direction be issued to respondent No.2 to look into the representation dated 15.02.2025 (Annexure P-6), within a time bound manner. Without adverting to the merits of the case and in view of the statement made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the present petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.2 to look into the representation dated 15.02.2025 (Annexure P-6) and decide the same in accordance with law within a period of four weeks, after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, from the date of receipt of the certified copy of this order.
