1. In writ petition, being WP(C) No.2487/2023, Order No.DULB/A/3293/ 473 dated 28.08.2023 issued by Director, Urban Local Bodies, Kashmir – respondent no.2, was sought to be quashed. Respondents were also sought to be directed to settle pension case of petitioner on the basis of pension case submitted by Executive Officer Municipal Committee Beerwah vide his communication No.MC/BUR/3041 dated 31.03.2023 for sanction as Khilafwarzi Inspector retired in terms of Notification No.DULB/Estt/22-23/5127-40 dated 25.02.2023 issued by respondent No.2 and pay petitioner monthly pension, leave salary, gratuity and G.P. Fund etc. etc. on the basis of his entitlement as per his superannuation.
2. By virtue of order dated 09.07.2025, aforesaid writ petition came to be
disposed of.
3. In the instant application, typographical errors crept in the Order dated 09.07.2025 have been detected and rightly sought to be corrected. Thus,

application, for reasons detailed therein, is allowed. It is ordered and
directed that in Line 09 of Paragraph 7 of the Order dated 09.07.2025, the impugned order dated 28.08.2023 shall be read in place of
28.03.2023. And Clause (a) of Paragraph 10 is recast as under and shall be read, as such:
“10. In view of the above, there is force in the case set up by petitioner and as a consequence of which writ petition is disposed of on the following lines: a) Order no.DULB/A/3293/473 of 2023 dated 28.08.2023 issued by respondent no.2 is quashed.”
4. This order shall form part of the Order dated 09.07.2025 in WP(C) No.2487/2023.
5. CM No.5397/2025 is, accordingly, disposed of.
