Present petition has been filed by the petitioner under Section 528 of BNSS for quashing/setting aside the impugned order dated 13.03.2023 passed by learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Jalandhar (Annexure P-5) whereby petitioner has been declared as proclaimed person in a criminal complaint case No.NACT-222 of 2018 registered on 07.04.2018 titled as “Sachin Jain Vs. Sundeep Kumar” filed under Section 138 of NI, Act, pending in the Court of JMIC Jalandhar. 2. In response to the last order passed by this Court on 13.08.2025, notice issued to respondent No.2 through his counsel namely Mr. Prince Tayal, Advocate notice was also issued to respondent No.2, received back duly served through his mother, but no one has appeared on his behalf. 3. Heard. 4.
