SOP.No.20 of 2023 was pending on the file of IV Additional District Judge’s Court, Kurnool. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is a registered Samaj which is operating through its executive committee. The action of 4th respondent in interfering with the day to day activities is causing difficult in smooth functioning of the petitioner’s activities. 2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 4. 3. Considering submissions, the writ petition is disposed off at the stage of admission directing the 4th respondent not to disturb the peace of the petitioner and not to interfere with the day to day affairs of the petitioner. 4.
