JUSTICE SANDEEP KUMAR ORAL ORDER 3 19-04-2025 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State. 2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Shivnarayanpur P.S. Case No. 125 of 2024, registered for the offence under Sections 20(b)(ii)c, 21, 22, 29 of the N.D.P.S. Act. 3. There is recovery of 500 grams of brown sugar recovered from the possession of the petitioner who is in jail since 31.10.2024. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. The name of the petitioner has come on the basis of suspicion.
