The instant petition has been filed for setting aside the order dated 22.9.2023 passed by learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Court No.11, Jaunpur in Complaint Case No.12/2022 (Hitesh Ji Gupta vs. Sarvesh) and order dated 26.11.2024 passed by Additional Sessions Judge, Forth, Jaunpur in Criminal Revision No.416 of 2023 (Sarvesh Kumar Maurya vs. State of U.P. and another). 3. On perusal of the impugned order, this Court does not find it to be a case where interference of this Court is required. The concerned court after considering the material available on record, passed the order impugned. No such ground appears to be available in the present petition, on the basis of which, impugned order can be set aside. 4. Accordingly, the prayer for deciding aforesaid case expeditiously, is refused and the petition is hereby dismissed.
