Heard, Mr. Deepak Kumar Panda, learned counsel for the Petitioner in BLAPL No. 12120 of 2025; Mr. Susanta Kumar Baral, learned counsel for the p. 2 Petitioners in BLAPL Nos. 12704 & 12705 of 2025 and Mr. P. Satpathy, learned Addl. PP in the matter and perused the record. 4. After having considered the rival submissions upon perusal of record, there appears allegation against the Petitioners for committing murder of the deceased Bishnu and the Post Mortem Report of the deceased reveals the cause of death to be due to application of blunt force and sharp object which may be homicidal in nature. Besides, there is recovery of some incriminating materials pursuant to the disclosure statement of the Petitioner-Sagar Sunam. In such view of the matter and taking into account the nature and gravity of the offences as alleged against the petitioners vis-a-vis the accusations sought to be brought against them and regard being had to the materials placed on record and keeping in view the circumstances under which the transaction took place and trial having not yet commenced, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the Petitioners. 5. Hence, these four bail applications of the petitioners stand rejected. Accordingly, these BLAPL Nos.12120, 12704 & 12705 of 2025 stand disposed of. A soft copy of this order be immediately transmitted to the learned trial Court. (G. Satapathy) Judge Priyajit
