The petitioner has been made accused in connection with S.T. Case No. 16/2025 arising out of Mandu (WB) P.S. Case No. 145/2024 corresponding to G.R. Case No. 555/2024, for the offences registered under Sections 302, 201/34 of the I.P.C., pending in the Court of learned Sessions Judge, Ramgarh. 3. On 09.12.2023, dead body of Sanjay Kumar Bhuiyan was recovered from Jharkhand Colliery No. 15. Initially a U.D. case was registered. 4. During the course of enquiry of U.D. Case, it transpired that there was some altercation between the deceased and the petitioner with regard to the loading of coal on the tractor of the petitioner, due to which the deceased was murdered. 5. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submitted that the present F.I.R. has been instituted after six months from the date of occurrence. 6. In view of the aforesaid facts, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Sessions Judge, Ramgarh in connection with S.T.
