The instant writ petition has been filed for following relief: (i) direct the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), Moradabad to decide the objection to the Application 6C dated 5.2.2025 filed by petitioner in Civil Suit No.79 of 2025 (Pradeep Kumar Chauhan Vs. Ram Charan & others), within the time stipulated by this Hon'ble Court. (ii) direct the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), Moradabad to decide the Civil Suit No.79 of 2025 (Pradeep Kumar Chauhan Vs. Ram Charan & others), within the time stipulated by this Hon'ble Court. 3. Contention of the learned counsel for the petitioners is that the objection to the application 6C in Civil Suit No.79 of 2025 is pending for adjudication. He prayed that the same may be decided expeditiously. 4. No useful purpose would be served in keeping this petition pending. 5. The present petition stands disposed of finally with a direction Versus Counsel for Petitioner(s) : Pankaj Counsel for Respondent(s) : Ram Charan Singh And Another .....Petitioner(s) Pradeep Kumar Chauhan And 4 Others .....Respondent(s) to the Civil Judge (Senior Division), Moradabad to consider and decide the objection to the 6C application of the petitioner, in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within a period of twelve weeks from the date of production of a certified copy of this order after ensuring service upon all the respondents, after giving opportunity of hearing to the parties concerned provided that there is no other legal impediment.
