Heard learned counsel for the petitioners; Sri Prashant Kumar Dubey, learned counsel for respondent no.3 and learned AGA for the State-respondents. 3. The present writ petition has been preferred with the prayer to quash the impugned First Information Report dated 19.6.2025, registered as Case Crime No.0287 of 2025, under Sections- 115(2), 352, 351(3) of B.N.S., Police Station- Kithaur, District- Meerut and for a direction to the respondents not to arrest the petitioners in pursuance of impugned First Information Report. 4. Learned counsel for respondent no.3 submits that the parties have settled their dispute outside the court and respondent no.3 has no objection in case the impugned FIR is quashed. 5. Accordingly, the impugned FIR alongwith all the consequential proceedings are hereby quashed. 6. The writ petition is allowed. 7. Investigating officer of this case is directed to make entry of this compromise in the case diary. 8. Let this order be communicated to the S.S.P., Meerut, by the Registrar (Compliance) within 10 days.
