The learned counsel appearing for the respondent/husband submitted that he has no objection to allow this petition and prayed to fix the time limit to conclude the proceedings. 4. Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and also considering the consent given by the other side, there can be no impediment for allowing this petition as prayed for. 5. Accordingly, this transfer civil miscellaneous petition is allowed.
