Issue, a writ, order or direction in the nature of Certiorari by quashing the Order dated 28.06.2025 passed by Learned Commissioner Gorakhpur Division, Tehsil Maharajganj (Sadar), District Maharajganj in Case No. 907 of 2024 (Sanjay Patel and other Vs Kusum Devi and others) proceeding U/s 219 of U.P. Land Revenue Act 1901. ii. Issue, a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents not to alienating the property in question and further be directed to maintained the status-quo till the pendency of the Revision No. 907 of 2024 (Sanjay Patel and others Vs Kusum Devi and others) pending in the court Learned Commissioner Division Gorakhpur, Tehsil Maharajganj (Sadar), District Mahahrajganj" 2. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that he is not pressing the prayers made in the writ petition and is only confining for a direction to the revenue authorities to decide the revision which is pending consideration within fixed period of time. 3. As no useful purpose would be served in keeping the matter pending or calling for counter affidavit or issuing notice to the private respondents, the writ petition is being disposed of with a direction upon authority concerned to decide Revision No.907 of 2024, in accordance with law, after hearing all affected parties, preferably within a period of two months from the date of production of certified copy of this order. 4.
