This petition has been filed seeking following relief:- "I). Issue a writ, order or direction in the of nature of Mandamus direct the respondent No.1 & 2 to transfer the Investigation of Case Crime No. 178 of 2025 Under Section 103, 238, 324(4) B.N.S. Police Station Kotwali Nagar, District Banda from Police Station Kotwali Nagar District Banda to C.B.I. (Central Bureau of Investigation) because the respondent no. 3 and 4 are not properly investigating the matter, otherwise the petitioner would suffer irreparable loss and injury." 2. Learned A.G.A informs that in this case the final report has been submitted by the investigating officer on 23.07.2025 in favour of the accused. 3. In view of above, the relief prayed for in the writ petition cannot be granted. The petitioner may avail the remedy available to her under law. 4.
