Learned APP waives service of rule on behalf of the respondent-State. 3. By way of this application the applicants pray for being released on temporary bail for the purpose of attending marriage ceremony of their real nephew and niece. 4. It appears that the present applicants are arraigned as accused in connection with an FIR bearing C.R. No. 11192035250321 of 2025 registered with Mandal Police Station, District Ahmedabad Rural. It appears that the present applicants have been arrested and in custody since 09.10.2025 and whereas the investigation is stated to be under progress. 6. Considering such a position and having regard to the reason stated in the application, this Court is inclined to consider this application, whereas appropriate conditions are also required to be imposed. Hence, the applicants are directed to be released on temporary bail for a period of 02 Days (Two Days) from the date of their actual release on executing personal bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) each before the Jail authority and on usual terms and conditions as may be imposed by the Jail Authority. 6.1. The applicants shall their presence on each day of their release on temporary bail before the concerned police station. 6.2. The applicants shall not try to in any way influence the investigation. 7. The applicants shall surrender before Jail Authority on completion of temporary bail, without fail. Rule is made absolute to the aforesaid extent. Direct service today is permitted. 8.
