Case No. 13 of 2025 arising out of N.D.P.S. Case No. 09 of 2025, for the offences registered under Sections 8B, 18B, 29 of the N.D.P.S. Act, pending in the Court of learned Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, N.D.P.S. Act, Palamau. 3. On 02.02.2025, at about 10:30 p.m., Panki Police destructed poppy cultivation from a place near Fuchari Siliyahi River. Co-accused Akhlesh Yadav was apprehended and on his confession, name of the petitioner and other co- accused persons has surfaced. 4. It was submitted that several similarly situated co-accused persons have been granted bail by different Co-ordinate Benches of this Court. 5. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, N.D.P.S.
