Today learned counsel for the appellants states that the appellants are not coming forward despite numerous letters having been written by him and as such he is unable to address arguments. 2. In view thereof, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present regular second appeal for non-prosecution. 3. Dismissed for non-prosecution.
