Heard learned counsel for applicants and learned AGA for State. 3. This application under Section 528 Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (hereinafter referred to as BNSS) has been filed for quashing of entire proceedings, including charge-sheet dated 27.09.2019, of Criminal Case No.54 of 2020 (State Vs. Dilawar and others), arising out of Case Crime No.89 of 2019, under Sections 147, 148, 452, 323, 504, 506, 308, 325 IPC, Police Station Bhojipura, District Bareilly, pending before the Court of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Court No.7, Bareilly. 4. After arguing at some length, learned counsel for applicants submitted that the prayer made above is not being pressed and that applicants would appear before the trial Court and a direction may be made to the Court concerned to decide the bail application of applicants expeditiously in accordance with law and protection may be granted till then. 5. In view of aforesaid, it is directed that in case applicants appear/ surrender before the Court concerned within a period of three weeks from today and apply for bail, their bail application shall be considered and decided expeditiously in accordance with settled law.
