Learned APP waives service of rule on behalf of the respondent-State. 3. By way of this application the applicant prays for being released on temporary bail for the purpose of attending funeral ceremony of his father who is stated to have expired today. 4. It appears that the present applicant is arraigned as accused in connection with an FIR bearing C.R. No. 11191046250357 of 2025 registered with Airport Police Station, Ahmedabad City. 5. It appears that the present applicant has been arrested and in custody since 14.09.2025. R/CR.MA/26369/2025 ORDER DATED: 11/12/2025 6. Though the period of incarceration is very less, yet, considering the reason stated in the application, this Court is inclined to consider this application, whereas appropriate conditions are also required to be imposed. Hence, the applicant is directed to be released on temporary bail for a period of 03 Days (Three Days) from the date of his actual release on executing personal bond of Rs.5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand) before the Jail authority and on usual terms and conditions as may be imposed by the Jail Authority. 6.1. The applicant shall mark his presence everyday of his release on temporary bail before the concerned police station. 7. The applicant shall surrender before Jail Authority on completion of temporary bail, without fail. Rule is made absolute to the aforesaid extent. Direct service today is permitted. 8.
