Learned counsel for the Petitioner would submit that the Court may 4. pass appropriate orders by giving liberty to the Petitioner to work out his remedies in accordance with law. After examining the representation of the AO, the Bureau has furnished remarks on the representation AO on 16-08-2023 by informing that the AO is In possession of assets disproportionate to the known sources of income to the tune of Rs. 60,98,166.00 which is more than 42.24% of the total income of the AO i.e., Rs. 1,44,35,788/ for which the AO cannot account for satisfactorily. 13. After receipt of the remarks of the Bureau on the representation of AO, the Government issued orders vide G.O.Rt.No.1141, Dt.11.12.2023 of Revenue (Vig.VI) Department dropping further action against the Accused Officer Sri Seethalam Sekhar.” 3 6.
