The petitioners now seek expeditious disposal of the said suit. 2. Considering the limited request made by the petitioners, notice to the respondents is dispensed with. 3. Learned counsel for the revision petitioners would invite my attention to the fact that the plaintiffs were examined way back in the year 2019 and despite the evidence being recorded even in the year 2019, there has been no progress in the suit and the same is still pending. 4. In view of the fact that the suit has been filed in the year 2017 and the same is pending for the past eight years, this Court directs the learned Additional District Munsif, Villupuram to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.4 of 2017 pending on its file finally on merits and in accordance with law on or before 31.12.2025, after hearing the parties.
