The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the 3rd respondent, at the behest of the 4th respondent, repeatedly calling the petitioners to the police station without any crime being registered against them and pressurizing the petitioners to withdraw the H.M.O.P. No.11 of 2025 between the 1st petitioner and the 4th respondent pending on the file of Principal Senior Civil Judge, Rajahmahendravaram. -2- W.P. No.5223 of 2025 3. The learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home appearing for respondents 1 to 3 submits that no case is registered against the petitioners. 4. Considering the same, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of the writ petition directing the 3rd respondent not to disturb the peace of the petitioners without following due process of law. 5. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed off at the stage of admission. No costs. 6.
