The instant application under Section 482 Cr.P.C. has been filed for quashing the impugned order dated 16.08.2023 passed by Magistrate, Rural Court Patiyali, District Kasganj in Case No.375 of 2022, under Section 12 of Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, Police Station- Sidhpura, District Kasganj. 3. From perusal of the prayer, it appears that the applicant has challenged the maintenance order passed under Section 23 of Domestic Violence Act, which is appealable under Section 29 of the Domestic Violence Act. 4.
