HON'BLE AVNISH SAXENA, J.
1. Mr. Rajneesh Kumar Singh, learned advocate appears on behalf of petitioner and submits, his client has challenged communication dated 3rd June, 2025 saying, inter alia, the lease obtained by his client is conditional and, therefore, his candidature has been moved to group-3. He demonstrates from the lease deed dated 4th September, 2023, there is clear consent from the lessor for setting up petrol pump on the land. He seeks interference.
2. Mr. Abhyuday Mishra, learned advocate holding the brief appears on behalf of respondent no.1 (Union of India). Mr. Yash Padia, learned advocate appears on behalf of respondent nos. 2 and 3 (the supply company). He draws attention to clause 10 in the deed to submit, it says that the lease will terminate if petrol pump is not set up. Without prejudice he submits, petitioner has already filed grievance under the rules. His grievance will be duly dealt with. There be no interference. 3, Petitioner seeks to have his candidature evaluated under group-1. He has disclosed a lease, which enables him as lessee to apply for setting up petrol pump. The oil company's objection that the lease is likely to be terminated on petrol pump not set up is something we would not like to comment on.
