Learned counsel for the appellants has filed a memo which states as follows:
The appellants submits that office has Raised the objection that the value of the suit schedule property showed at `50,000/- and appeal filed is not maintainable before this Hon’ble court hence the appellant may be permit to withdraw the appeal with liberty to file before appropriate jurisdictional court in the interest of justice and equity.

2. In view of the memo dated 01.08.2025, present appeal is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file appeal/petition before the District Court.
