Since applicant/respondent No.3 has attained majority, therefore, there is no impediment in allowing the prayer. Accordingly, the application is allowed. The guardian of applicant/respondent No.3 is discharged and respondent No.3 is allowed to pursue his case in his own right. The application stands disposed of.

The applicant/respondent No.3 has filed this application, seeking release of the compensation amount falling to his share as per award passed by the learned Motor Accident Claims Tribunal and affirmed by this Court.
The application is not opposed.
As per report of the Registry, a sum of Rs. 70,589/- is lying in deposit in the share of applicant/ respondent No.3 along with upto date interest thereon. The amount is ordered to be released in favour of the applicant/respondent No.3 by remitting the same to his bank account, details of which is provided in para- 4 of the application, after due verification. The application stands disposed of.
