-2- 1) The petitioner has filed this petition seeking the following relief(s):-
“10.1 That this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to set-aside/quash the impugned order dated 07.02.2018 (Annexure P/1) and further be pleased to direct the respondent authorities for reconsidering the case of petitioner for grant of pensionary benefits. 10.2 That any other relief/order which may deem fit and just in the facts and circumstances of the case including award of the cost of the petition may be given.” 2) Mr. Sharma, learned counsel appearing for the respondent No.5 submits that the department has already finalized the pension case of the petitioner and pursuant to order dated 05.12.2020, the petitioner is receiving pension every month. He has placed a copy of final order dated 05.12.2020 on record during the course of
arguments. 3) Mr. Soni, learned counsel, endorses the submission made by Mr. Sharma. 4) Taking into consideration the fact that the pension case of the petitioner has already been finalized, at this stage, the present writ petition is disposed of. However, liberty is reserved in favour of the petitioner to revive his prayer, if cause of action still subsists. 5) The documents produced by Mr. Sharma shall be part of the record.
