The present case was filed on 17.09.2024 and the Registry raised objections on 18.09.2024, but neither the petitioner nor his counsel ever turned up to receive the present case and file the same after removal of the objections as raised by the office. 3. Office has got listed this case as many such cases are lying in the office in the “incomplete case category”, and none has bothered to take further recourse in the matter. 4. The case was shown in the urgent cause list today and none again appeared for the petitioner, when it was called and taken up. 5. Under these circumstances, no further order is required to be passed in the present case and the same stands disposed of. File be consigned.
