HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE FOR RAJASTHAN BENCH AT JAIPUR S.B. Criminal Miscellaneous Application No. 97/2025 IN S.B. Criminal Misc. Bail Application No.12624/2024 Paramjeet @ Lila S/o Shri Kailash Chand, Aged About 28 Years, R/o Naysrana, Police Station Sadar Behror, District Kotputli- Behror. (At Present Lodged In The Sub Jail, Behror-Alwar) ----Petitioner Versus State Of Rajasthan, Through PP ----Respondent For Petitioner(s) : Mr. Ashvin Garg For Respondent(s) : Mr. S.K. Sainee, PP HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPMAN Order 24/02/2025 The instant application has been filed on behalf of the accused petitioner seeking correction in the order dated 20.02.2025 passed in S.B. Criminal Misc. Bail Application No.12624/2024. It is contended that inadvertently due to typographical error, it has wrongly been mentioned in the para 2 of the order dated 20.02.2025 that “petitioner himself sustained injuries, which is evident from his arrest memo” whereas the correct factual position is that co-accused Ravindra Singh @ Binno and Sunder sustained injuries. Learned counsel submits that till date, the petitioner has not been released from jail and the order dated 20.02.2025 is still un-executed. He submits that as and when,
(2 of 2) [CRLMA-97/2025] this fact comes to his knowledge, he immediately filed this application. He thus, prays for necessary correction/rectification to this effect in the order. After hearing learned counsel for the petitioner and perusing the material available on record, it is deemed proper to accept the instant misc. application seeking correction/rectification. The prayer made for correction/rectification in the order dated 20.02.2025 is justified. Accordingly, it is ordered that in para no.2 of the order, instead of the submission recorded as “petitioner himself sustained injuries, which is evident from his arrest memo” be read as “co-accused Ravindra Singh @ Binno and Sunder sustained injuries, which is evident from their arrest memos”. The application stands allowed accordingly. This order be treated as part and parcel of the order dated 20.02.2025.
