Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned AAG for the respondent-State.
2. By this petition, the petitioner seeks quashing of the FIR registered vide Rynjah P.S. Case No. 46 (4) of 2019 as against the petitioner for the alleged offences under Sections 448, 427, 325, 380 and 34 IPC.

3. Quashing is sought on the premise that there is absolutely no material to connect the petitioner with the alleged offence and that despite six years having been lapsed, the police have not filed charge-sheet in the said case till date.
4. Learned AAG on instruction states that the charge-sheet was not filed till date, as the FSL report was awaited. He states that now that the FSL report is received and the same is negative, the police have filed a closure report in the said case in the Court of the Judicial Magistrate, First Class, being F.R. No. 65 of 2026 dated 3rd March, 2026. Statement accepted.
5. In view of the aforesaid statement made by the learned AAG, nothing survives for further consideration in the petition.
6. Petition stands disposed of.
