The petitioner is seeking a direction to the respondents to unblock Plot No.51, Sector 18, Urban Estate, Panipat from the portal of the respondent/HSVP. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was the successful bidder of the aforesaid plot and the allotment letter was issued to her on 21.10.2019 (Annexure P-1). Although the petitioner had made payment of the entire sale consideration but she has not been able to operate the account on the portal of the respondents in order to get the plot de-mortgaged and transferred. Learned counsel also submits that the petitioner has made representations in this regard on 28.05.2025 & 01.08.2025 (Annexures P-7 & P-8 respectively) to respondent No.3 but no action has been taken so far. In view of the above, the petition is disposed of with a direction to respondent No.3-Estate officer, HSVP, Panipat to consider and decide the representation (Annexure P-8) of the petitioner and rectify the fault within a period of one month from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order.
