The case of the petitioner is that the Gram Pradhan constructed a path by laying interlocking bricks over the private path of the petitioner. This led to a settlement between the petitioner and the Gram Pradhan. Thereunder the Gram Pradhan has also undertaken to construct naali for flow of water from the house of the petitioner. The said naali has not been constructed. The petitioner has represented to respondent No. 3. 2. The present writ petition has been filed praying for a direction to respondent No. 3 to decide the representation of the petitioner taking into account the compromise dated 11.09.2024 between the parties. 3. Having regard to the nature of the grievance, we dispose of the instant petition with direction to respondent No. 3 to examine the matter and issue appropriate directions as he may deem fit and proper in the facts of the instant case.
