I have heard Sri.P.M.Unni Namboodiri, the learned counsel for the petitioners. There is no representation for the respondent. 3. The 1st petitioner is the wife of the respondent and the 2nd petitioner is the daughter of the 1st petitioner and the respondent. The petitioners obtained an order of maintenance against the respondent in M.C.No. 55 of 2011. The petitioners filed C.M.P.No. 12 of 2022 to execute the said order before the Family Court, Thiruvalla. The transfer has been sought on the ground that the petitioners are now residing at Adoor. It is settled that while considering the transfer petitions relating to family matters, the convenience of the wife has to be given predominance. Tr.P.(Crl.)
