Through: None. Vs. FINANCIAL COMMISSIONER AND ORS.
(REVENUE DEPARTMENT) ...Respondent(s) Through: Mr. Faheem Shah, GA for R- 1 & 5. .
CORAM:
HON’BLE MR. JUSTICE WASIM SADIQ NARGAL, JUDGE
ORDER 02.06.2025
1. The record reveals that steps for service, as directed in the order dated 25.04.2024, have not been taken subsequent to the issuance of admission notice in the instant matter, despite granting ten days’ time as the last and final opportunity to the learned counsel for the petitioner to comply.
2. Today, neither the requisite steps have been taken nor is there any representation on behalf of the petitioner. In view thereof, the Court draws an inference that the petitioner is not inclined to prosecute the instant petition. Accordingly, the petition is dismissed for non- prosecution. Interim direction, if any, shall stand vacated.
3. Petition dismissed for non-prosecution.
