With consent, this Writ Petition is taken up for disposal at the stage of admission itself. 2. This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the first and second respondents to survey and measure the boundaries of the land of the petitioner's property in S.Nos.235/1A, 242/1, 242/2, 243/1, 243/2, 245, 246, 247, 249/1A and 256/1 situated at Veerakkal Village, Salem District and S.Nos.126/9, 126/10, 126/12, 126/13, 127/1 and 127/2 situated at Nangavalli Village, Mettur Division, Salem District based on the petitioner's representation dated 30.01.2025 within a stipulated time as prescribed by this Court. 3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is the owner of the aforesaid property. The petitioner made a representation to the 1st respondent on 30.01.2025 along with online application to survey his property and measue the boundaries and to issue separate patta. He has also paid necessary fees along with the said application. However, the petitioner's representation was not considered by the respondent till date, thus 2/4 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis W.P.No.32775 of 2025 the present writ petition has been filed before this Court. 4. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 would submit that the respondents concerned would consider the petitioner's application and carry out a survey and fix boundary stones at the subject property within a time frame fixed by this Court, which was agreed to by the learned counsel for the petitioner. 5. In view thereof, the writ petition stands disposed of with the direction to the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 30.01.2025, carry out a survey, demarcate the property and thereafter fix boundary stones at the subject property, within a period of 3 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order after giving prior notice and reasonable opportunity of hearing to the petitioner, adjacent land owners and other interested parties, including rival claimants, if any.
