The case of the petitioner is that she has purchased Gata No. 333 area 0.05180 hectares Mauja Baijapur, Pargana Moradabad Gohna Tehsil-Sadar, District Mau by sale-deed dated 27.02.2023. Certain persons, who have been named by the petitioner in the representation, annexed at page no. 27 of the writ petition, are alleged to be interfering in the use and enjoyment of the said property by the petitioner. It is alleged that they abused the petitioner and threatened her and her husband of criminal assault and murdering them. The petitioner has prayed for case being registered against the aforesaid persons. On the said application, there is an endorsement of S.D.M. to S.H.O. for taking appropriate action. 2. The petitioner has filed the present writ petition, praying for a writ of mandamus commanding respondent no. 2 i.e. District Magistrate, Mau to decide her representation dated 30.06.2025. 3. Petitioner has not disclosed from whom she has purchased the property. The allegations made in the representation, may give rise to a cause for getting F.I.R. registered. It is open to the petitioner to set the law in motion by taking appropriate Versus Counsel for Petitioner(s) : Anil Kumar Tiwari, Baijant Kumar Mishra Counsel for Respondent(s) : C.S.C.
