The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Bashisthnagar P.S. Case No. 58/2024 corresponding to N.D.P.S. Case No. 06/2025, for the offences registered under Sections 15(C) & 18(C) of the N.D.P.S., pending in the Court of learned A.S.J.-III, Chatra. 3. The bail application of the petitioner was earlier rejected by this Court in B.A. No. 9568/2024 vide order dated 20.12.2024. 4. On 02.06.2024 at about 4:30 A.M., Bashisthnagar Police, on the basis of confidential information, raided the house of the petitioner and found a person loading poppy husk on a motorcycle parked outside his house. On seeing the police party, the accused persons fled away. On search, 44 kgs. of poppy husk was recovered from the said motorcycle while 28 kgs. of poppy husk was from the house of the petitioner. 5. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is in custody for about eight months. 6. Considering the nature of allegation, I am not inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, his prayer for bail stands rejected. (Ambuj Nath, J.) Rahul/-
