Therefore, if the petitioner takes possession of the subject property after fixing the boundaries, survey would be carried out and separate pattta would be issued by the concerned respondents. 2. In view of the same, no further orders are required in this Writ Petition, which has already been disposed by order dated 08.09.2025 passed by the Court.
