Mr. Karan Kumar Jund, Advocate for respondents No.5 and 6. ***** KIRTI SINGH, J.(Oral) The instant petition Section 528 of Bhartiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been filed seeking direction to the official respondents to conduct fair and impartial enquiry into the letters dated 30.06.2025 and 01.08.2025 (Annexure P-1 and P-2) and to take action in accordance with law. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that with regard to her grievances the petitioner has filed the representations (Annexure P-1 and P-2) but till date no action has been taken. He further submits that there is threat perception with regard to the life and liberty of the petitioner and necessary directions are required to be issued. 3. Learned State counsel submits that complaint of the petitioner is pending before the Army Authorities. She further submits that with regard to the threat perception, necessary direction be issued to the jurisdictional police. 4. In view of the submissions made by learned State counsel, no orders are required to be passed in the intervening period, as the complaint is pending KAPIL 2025.08.19 10:03 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document CRM-M-44462-2025(O&M) -2- before the Army Authorities. However, learned State counsel is directed to assess the threat perception to the life and liberty of the petitioner, if so found, necessary protection be given to the petitioner. 5.
