JUSTICE RAHUL BHARTI, JUDGE ORDER 17.09.2025 1. This writ petition is disposed of at its inception stage by granting liberty in favour of the petitioner to file the requisite appeal against the adverse Work Load Return (WLR) entry for the Quarter ending March 2025, although the time period for the same for sure must have surely expired. 2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is not aware of any show cause notice having been sent to and served upon it. 3. Be that as it may, the petitioner for sure knows that there is an adverse entry in terms of Work Load Return (WLR) for the Quarter ending March 2025, as such, let him file the requisite appeal before the Competent Appellate Authority within a period of fifteen days from the date of passing of this order, whereupon the concerned Appellate Authority shall consider and dispose of the appeal of the petitioner on merits within a period of next fifteen days. If the petitioner would still feel aggrieved by the outcome, it shall be at liberty to come up with the fresh writ petition if advised. 4. Disposed of.
