In view of the settlement order dated 23.11.2016 in RA No.53/2016-2017 on the file of the 2nd respondent (ANNEXURE-H) may be set aside and revenue entry may be continued in the name of the Petitioner, pursuant to the order dated 07.06.2016 passed in RA No.164/2013- 2014 on the file of the 3rd Respondent (ANNEXURE-G) and the above Writ Petition may be disposed off in terms of this Joint Memo, in the interest of justice and equity. 3. The respective parties are present before the Court.
