2. Petitioner has been made accused in connection with Patratu (Bhurkunda O.P) P.S. Case No. 301 of 2024 for the offences registered under sections 111(4), 111(5) and 3(5) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and section 25(6), 26 and 35 of Arms Act, pending in the court of Sri Rohit Kumar, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Ramgarh.
3. On 21.12.2024, Patratu Police apprehended this petitioner along with co- accused Rajwinder Singh while they were travelling on a motorcycle near Damodar Bridge in Bhurkunda. On search, a loaded country made pistol is alleged to have been recovered from the possession of co-accused.
4. It was submitted that nothing incriminating has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner.
5. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Sri Rohit Kumar, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Ramgarh in connection with Patratu (Bhurkunda O.P.) P.S. Case No. 301 of 2024.
