Petitioner is before this Court seeking for the following reliefs: "a) Consider the representation dated 16.07.2025 submitted by the Petitioner to the Respondents (vide Annexure-E) and take expeditious action to revise the Guideline Value of land and properties in Harohalli Village, Sarjapura Hobli, Anekal Taluk, Bengaluru Urban District. b) pass such other or further orders as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit in the facts and circumstances of the case, in the interests of justice and equity." - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:41030 WP No. 29861 of 2025 2. The grievance of the petitioner is that the guideline value for land in Harohalli village, Sarjapura Hobli, was last revised in the year 2023-24 and thereafter there has been no revision of the guideline value of the said land. In terms of Section 45 B of the Karnataka Stamp Act, 1958 it is required for the guideline value to be revised and published in the Official Gazette every year if there is no revision for last 22 years it would be required for the respondents to consider the request of the petitioner and take appropriate action. Hence I pass the following - ORDER a. The writ petition is partly allowed. b. Respondent No.2 is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 16.07.2025 (Annexure 'E') and carry out the revision of the guideline value of the properties in Harohalli village, Sarjapur taluk, in accordance Section 45 B of the Karnataka Stamp Act, within three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
