In view of the above, learned Advocate, Ms. Shah, appearing for learned Advocate, Mr. Devnani, for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this petition with a liberty to file a fresh petition in case of difficulty. C/SCA/1070/2025 ORDER DATED: 11/12/2025 3. Heard. Permission, as prayed for with the liberty as above, is granted. This petition stands disposed of, as withdrawn, as the grievances raised by the petitioner in this petition stands redressed. Though, there is no time- limit mentioned in the order dated 10.12.2025 for payment of the aforesaid amount, the same shall be paid latest by 31st March, 2026. Notice is discharged. 3.1 In view of the disposal of the main matter, Civil Application (For Direction) No. 2 of 2025 shall not survive and the same also stands disposed of, accordingly.
