Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for respondents. 2. The grievance of the petitioner is that the transformer has been installed on the land of the petitioner. The petitioner approached this Court by filing Writ-C No.- 3049 of 2025 (Santosh Tiwari Vs. State of U.P. and three others), which was dipsosed of by this Court vide judgment dated 03.03.2025 directing the respondent no.4 to consider the grievance of the petitioner. 3. Pursuant to the order passed by this Court, the respondent no.4 has passed an order dated 21.04.2025, whereby he has asked the petitioner to deposit Rs. 3,66,430/- for shifting of transformer. 4. It is contended by the counsel for the petitioner that the respondent no.4 has wrongly calculated the estimate charge and processing fees and, therefore, it needs to be revised. 5. Learned counsel for the respondent would contend that the grievance of the petitioner can be very well looked into by the competent authority, if the petitioner approaches the competent authority. 6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and without adverting into the merits of the case and with the consent of the parties, the writ petition is disposed off permitting the petitioner to file a fresh representation before respondent no.4/ Executive Engineer, Electricity Distribution Division-II, PVVNL, District- Varanasi, within a period of one month from today against the demand of Rs.3,66,430/- for shifting of transformer.
