Government of Uttar Pradesh and consequently direct the respondents police to register the FIR against the culprits IA NO: 1 OF 2020 Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased be pleased to direct the respondents police to register the FIR basing on the complaint dated 04.09.2019 and to take action against the 4th respondent, pending disposal of the main writ petition, Counsel for the Petitioner: 1. When the matter was taken up for hearing, Sri V.Farooq, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home for the respondents, on receipt of written instructions, would submit that no crime has been registered against the unofficial respondent, since the subject matter in the present petition is purely civil in nature. 4. Recording the same, the Writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
