Learned counsel for the applicants submits that as per order of this Court dated 11.09.2024, parties appeared before the trial court and trial court by order dated 10.10.2024 acquitted the applicants in terms of compromise, as such, the instant Application u/s 482 Cr.P.C. has become infructuous and is liable to be dismissed. 3.
