1. Heard Mr.Brajesh Dubey and Mr.B.L.Dembra, learned counsel for the appellant. Also heard Mr.S.S.Baghel, learned Deputy Government Advocate appearing for respondent No.1/State and Mr.J.K.Gupta, learned counsel appearing for respondent No.3.
2. The appellant has filed this writ appeal against the order dated 28.11.2024 passed by learned Single Judge in WPC No.541 of 2016 by which learned Single Judge has allowed the writ petition filed by the writ petitioner / respondent No.3 herein.
3. In pursuance of the order passed by this Court on 28.11.2024, the State Transport Appellate Tribunal has already passed an order on 25.02.2025 and further remanded the case to the Regional Transport Authority, Bastar. As such, this matter has become infructuous.
4. In view of the same, the present writ appeal is dismissed as having become infructuous leaving it open to the appellant to take recourse to law if aggrieved by the order of the State Transport Appellate Tribunal.
